Juha has ten years of experience in industrial power distribution and has worked on multiple data center projects. His background combines operational responsibility in the asset owner's organization, project management for an equipment supplier and technical team leadership.

Experience

At Dacon, Juha manages MEP work packages for data center projects, coordinating technical interfaces, suppliers, contractors and commissioning preparation. His scope includes power distribution, UPS systems, generators, automation and cooling equipment, as well as owner-furnished equipment delivery and integration. He tracks delivery progress and readiness for system testing and handover.

At ABB, he led complete power distribution projects from design through commissioning, with responsibility for teams, budgets, schedules and resources. He has also held operational responsibility for power distribution and automation in the asset owner's organization.

His experience covers energy facilities, electricity network company projects and heavy industry, including pulp and chemicals. He also has experience with 110 kV substations.

Jani has extensive experience in delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects and leading technical teams. At Dacon, he leads large high-voltage substation projects (400 kV / 110 kV / 20 kV).

Experience

Jani has four years of experience in data center projects and ten years in substation projects. At Dacon, he leads large high-voltage substation projects (400 kV / 110 kV / 20 kV) as a client-side project manager. He manages the full delivery process, from design and construction through to commissioning and handover.

Before joining Dacon, Jani worked as a project manager at ABB, Hitachi Energy and Eltel, managing both domestic and international turnkey high-voltage substation projects. His responsibilities included budget management, scheduling, procurement, HSEQ, design coordination, customer communication and leadership of the project team.

Simo combines construction engineering expertise with strong project management skills. His engineering background is complemented by a master’s degree in project management. At Dacon, he works on data center projects, drawing on his experience of major international developments, design coordination and stakeholder management.

Experience

Simo has broad experience in construction, including projects in the data center and pharmaceutical sectors. He has worked on data center projects for eight years. His strengths include project development, aligning technical and commercial objectives, and managing projects through their different stages. He works closely with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

Before joining Dacon, Simo held a range of project management roles on major international projects abroad. He managed construction subcontracts and oversaw schedules, quality and safety across different construction work packages.

His background in both hands-on construction work and site supervision gives him a practical perspective that informs his approach to design management.
