Leadership across your project lifecycle.

We provide project management and technical leadership across the project lifecycle. Our services cover development, procurement, construction, projects in operational data centers, handover and warranty management.

01
EARLY DEVELOPMENT

Project Development, Permitting & Design Coordination

Early project decisions shape delivery. Dacon leads development and design coordination, bringing together technical information, permitting requirements and clear responsibilities before procurement and construction begin.

  • Lead technical due diligence, land development planning and constructability reviews.
  • Manage permitting workflows and coordinate inputs and communication with local authorities.
  • Lead design coordination and manage the resolution of outstanding design issues.
  • Define responsibilities, oversee design milestones and prepare the project team for procurement and construction.

02
PROCUREMENT & DELIVERY

Procurement & Equipment Delivery

Procurement and owner-furnished equipment delivery must align with construction, installation and commissioning. Dacon manages the process from procurement planning to supplier readiness and delivery interfaces.

  • Develop procurement strategies, manage budgets and lead tender preparation and evaluation.
  • Manage contract preparation and coordinate equipment delivery milestones.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables, manufacturing progress and readiness for delivery.
  • Coordinate installation interfaces and commissioning requirements with project teams, suppliers and contractors.
03
PROGRAM & PROJECT DELIVERY

Project Management, EPCM & PMO Services

Complex projects need clear leadership and a shared approach to decisions, schedules and responsibilities. Our EPCM services (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) connect design coordination, procurement and construction management across the agreed project scope. PMO stands for Project Management Office, which supports project management through consistent working practices, schedule and cost tracking, and timely reporting.

  • Lead project management office operations and establish project governance, decision-making processes and clear reporting responsibilities.
  • Manage project controls, including schedules, cost tracking, progress reporting and change control.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction interfaces throughout project delivery.
  • Lead coordination with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) and external stakeholders.
  • Manage contract administration, commercial processes and document control.
  • Lead EHSQ Management (environmental, health, safety and quality management) and oversee inspections, findings and corrective actions within the agreed scope.

HIGH-VOLTAGE & ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

HV, Substation & Transmission Line Project Management

High-voltage (HV) infrastructure connects major projects to the power network. Dacon manages HV substation and transmission line projects, integrating design and construction management with wider electrical infrastructure and associated construction works.

  • Lead design and construction management for HV substations and transmission lines.
  • Coordinate permitting, grid connection requirements and interfaces with network operators, authorities and project stakeholders.
  • Manage designers, contractors and equipment suppliers across electrical and civil works interfaces.
  • Oversee schedules, equipment delivery milestones, construction progress and project risks.
  • Manage installation planning, commissioning readiness and project handover.

HANDOVER & PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

Handover & Warranty Oversight

The handover phase brings together completed work, required documentation and outstanding actions. Dacon manages this transition and the structured follow-up of remaining obligations during the warranty period.

  • Manage the project handover phase, including planning, responsibilities and acceptance milestones.
  • Oversee handover documentation and lead the close-out of outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate the verification and follow-up of applicable authority requirements.
  • Manage warranty-period issues and coordinate corrective actions and their closure.

OPERATIONAL DATA CENTER ENVIRONMENTS

Mission-Critical Live Data Center Project Delivery Services

Projects within operational data centers must align construction and technical change with the requirements of a live environment. Dacon leads project delivery and systems integration across stakeholders, vendors and technical interfaces, with structured planning and control of risks to ongoing operations.

  • Lead coordination between internal teams, external stakeholders and facility operations.
  • Manage vendor deliverables, equipment delivery schedules and installation interfaces.
  • Oversee systems integration planning and delivery in live environments, including interfaces between new installations and existing infrastructure.
  • Coordinate work sequencing, operational approvals and commissioning readiness with the responsible teams.
  • Lead project risk management, change control and the follow-up of mitigation actions.
